I seem to be having a problem today where I am picking up certain emails on my phone but not on my PC? These are important emails from customers and I am concerned that I might not be getting all my emails. Does anyone know why this could be? I have checked my spam box and they are not in there. Hi Adam, POP3 usually stores emails locally removing them from the server as to not use up space on the server, this would be why you are not seeing them on both devices after you have downloaded the email onto your phone. Regards, Jack |

Hi Jack, My phone is setup to leave a copy on the server. It has always been setup like this and nothing has changed its only today I have noticed that they are coming through on my phone and not on my PC? Thanks Adam |
