Post subject: | Emails not sending |
Hi all, I am getting this error on one of my email accounts when trying to send email "Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem." all other email addresses are working that are connected with the domain just not one particular address, and the address i am sending to is valid. Any ideas ?? |

Hi Paul, It seems odd that it's only one account, have you tried restarting to check it's not client specific? If so could you please submit a ticket with full details including from/to address so we can investigate this further. Thanks, Darryl |

Before i put a ticket in i have been having a play and i can send from webmail but i am getting various errors across multiple domains on multiple pc's/laptops now. I am wondering if it is an ISP problem and have emailed their support as they have been known to be testing new features that break different ports at times. I will see how things go over the weekend and try it on a friends isp to see if there is any difference. |

Hi Paul, Okay, no problem! Trying on a different connection is a good idea, though if you're still encountering issues/errors I'd advise that you contact us via a ticket with the domain in question, the account(s) that are having issues and your IP address. It may be due to your ISP or it might be something our side, for example your IP address being blocked on the firewall. Kind regards, Brad |
