Post subject:	Problem accessing cpanel
My old laptop recently (and unexpectedly) died, and I've only just managed to get my passwords out of it. I just tried to log into cpanel, and the password doesn't seem to be working. Is there any chance of getting it reset? (presumably via email to my registered e-mail address).

Wouldn't that require being able to log in to cpanel in the first place?

Hi, Our support helpdesk/client area can be accessed via https://secure.nethosted.co.uk/clients/ - this is separate to your hosting account login so if you remember your password you can then log in there. If you can't remember your password, you can request a reset from the option below the login area. Though if you have a login to this client area, you can reset your cPanel password by going to your hosting product page and choosing the "Change Password" option. Kind Regards, Bret
