Hi Paul,

We've had no other notifications of an increased amount of spam being received.

This could be due to any changes recently made to your filtering settings within the SOLAR Anti-Spam control panel, or if you think there's an issue I would advise contacting us via the helpdesk (with example spam emails) so we can investigate this for you. It may be that you're receiving spam which the system hasn't seen before, in which case you can use to "Report spam" tool to help prevent these getting through.

Regards,
Brad

Most the emails that i am getting have .doc or .xls attachments with them, no doubt booby trapped, others are normal spam (viagra etc)
I have been into solar and released a few legitimate emails that have been marked as spam (invoices from argos and amazon for items that i have purchased for instance)
Solar has been catching some strange legitimate emails also.

Hi Paul,

If you're able to contact us via the helpdesk with example spam emails you've received (from, subject, time received, etc.) we can then investigate this further. Likewise, if you can provide us with any examples of legitimate emails which were incorrectly quarantined we'd be happy to look into this for you.

Regards,
Brad
