I have been a NetHosted customer for a number of years and have never needed to contact them regarding any issues until yesterday.
I was experiencing a problem with a Drupal site that I run, I had looked into every conceivable way to fix the problem myself but was unable to sort it. I contacted the support team using the online reporting form at 7.44pm yesterday, I received a response by 7.48pm with a potential fix already supplied by the NetHosted support.
The first fix didn't work and after a series of emails over the evening Jack from NetHosted had come up with a fix for my problem at 10pm. This problem was causing me a major headache and I was on the cusp of ditching my entire site and using another CMS.
