When I put "rec 2 rec" in google (without quotes) who do I see? rec2rec.co.uk. Suggestions:
1) Advertise in the free classifieds
2) As daryl mentioned, get yourself known in forums (hopefully with a signature link)
3) Put more in your description meta-tags:
currently - Rec2rec.me a rec2rec agency specialising in recruitment jobs
try adding what google visitors are looking for, and not necessarily what its known as in the business. For example:
rec 2 rec recruitment agency in southampton for skilled recruitment professionals and people looking for a well paid job that earns £50,000 a year at 4 hours a day, recruitment vacancies in southampton, recruitment to recruitment, submit your cv to rec2rec, the number one recruitment agency in the uk, etc etc......
4) write a couple of articles on what it is like to be in the rec2rec arena
5) set up a helpline or forum, or some other interaction that gets google spidering (your twitter account currently has 0 followers).
6) I noticed your pages are in .php format......change them to html
7) your meta tags are either missing in some pages (i.e. about us) or the same for each page. Change them so that each page has its own unique meta tags.
8) your cv page contains cv but does not use Curiculum Vitae, that's like using bg instead of Bill Gates.
9) check if your search works! I tried to search for a Manager job in IT and other categories but no jobs available 
10) Twitter user name: rec2recme......I just tried rec2rec_agency which was available. So was rec2rec_me. Let's head over to youtube, skype, twitter, facebook, etc to see if you managed to get those user names too...........
Youtube reports that rec2recme is available (unless I be evil and take it). You should snatch that and make an intro video....."Hi, my name is so-and-so and I just want to tell you about the best rec2rec agency in southampton".
Skype - rec2recme is available....I think you are getting the point!
