We are pleased to announce that we will be migrating to a new datacentre on the 26th October. The data centre we are moving to is an ultra secure state-of-the-art facility in Newbury. An ex-US Air Force bunker it features 3m thick reinforced concrete walls, solid steel doors, CCTV system with 24-hour video recording, Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) protection and more to ensure your websites and data are kept safe and secure.

This migration is planned during a window from 1am to 7am on the 26th October and during this time there will be periods of downtime for our shared, reseller, email and VPS services due to the physical hardware migration of servers to the new data centre. This move is necessary to allow for further growth and we believe it will offer improved reliability, redundancy as well as increased security.

We are sending out email notification to everyone affected by this currently, providing further details where necessary.
