I have just created four logins for email users to login to the anti-spam dashboard at mx1.solardns.com (is there not a more friendly url for them than this?), I tested one and it worked, however now none of them appear to work, it just tells me "A record with the supplied identity could not be found." at the login box. I am typing the username and password correctly. Am I doing something wrong? All four users are still showing in the admin dashboard the same as when I created them.

Hi Jonny,

This is likely coinciding with the critical maintenance that we're performing on Titan at the moment (as posted in our Announcements section here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4272) - you can keep an eye on the progress/updates of this via our status page (https://www.nethosted.co.uk/status/)

Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this critical maintenance.

Kind Regards,
Bret

Ah, sorted it. I think the update must have changed something or I just got confused by the login box - it says Username / domain / email but in fact I just discovered that email is what works and not just username (maybe I'm remembering it wrong but I'm sure this did work initially).

Hi David,

I see what you mean, I'll bring this up Internally and see if we can create a section for SOLAR specifically.

Jack

Thanks Jack. The change to solar was sprung on us without any notice, and we were all left to find our way around a very complex system. For example, I am not able to log into my domain from my antispam dashboard (or at least I have'nt been able to find the information

Hi David,

We announced SOLAR Anti-Spam on the 2nd of February this year and released it on the 25th of February. We believed internally that this was plenty of notice given as this upgrade was vastly superior to our older Spam Email system.

When you say you are unable to login to your domain from your anti-spam dashboard what are you referring to? As you are able to access SOLAR Anti-Spam domain settings/quarantine from cPanel by clicking on the SOLAR Anti-Spam icon.

Jack
