From here just choose which application you want and click the New Installation link. You will now be on a page asking for some details from you, a standard page would be as follows:

Install on domain: This is the domain that you wish to install the application on, it can be your main domain, an addon domain or a subdomain.
Install in directory: This is the directory that you wish to install the application in.
Administrator Username: This will be the user account created on the system you are using for carrying out admin functions.
Administrator Password: This is the password for the user account.
Admin email: This should be your email address, the application may send details here.
Admin Full Name: This may be displayed in your profile on the site.
Site Name: This is the title of your site here, it will be used by the application on your pages.

After these options are entered simply press the install button and Fantastico will carry out the required work to install this application, installing all files and creating any databases that are necessary for it to function.
