Hi

I'm thinking of transferring my domain to you as my current agreement expires in a couple of weeks.

Is it possible to alter DNS records for my domain through the cPanel? If not, is it possible to set up an MX record pointing to my own SMTP server?

Hi,

It is only possible to fully edit your DNS zone if you take a reseller option. However it is possible to point your MX to what ever address you like via cPanel no matter which plan you take out with us.
