Hello everyone,

Currently I have a reseller account with Netmotivated. I'm not unhappy with them but there are times when my sites are slow or unavailable for a few seconds/minutes but my main reason for considering a move is value for money. I'm currently paying £28 a month and being unemployed atm makes it a hard £28 a month.

Questions,

Standard reseller, I assume I could upgrade this should I outgrow 5 domains?
Do I need to transfer my domains to you? I currently have them all registered with 123reg and simply change the nameservers to the current host. Can I do the same with you?

At least 3 of my sites use SMF forums and I suspect this is causing my few seconds outages. They are not heavily used, all with under 1000 members but to be frank about it, are there any problems with SMF / Tiny portal running on your servers?

I despise cPanel but its been a while since I even looked at it. Any chance of DirectAdmin being introduced?

Yes we allow upgrades at any time between any of our packages including shared plans to reseller plans.

You can transfer your domains to us if you wish but this is not necessary, as you say changing the nameservers to ours would work fine.

We have other clients running SMF sites on our service without issue so this will be fine.

We use cPanel on all of our shared services, we feel this offers a greater degree of control than DirectAdmin. We do offer a 14 day money back guarantee so if you signed up you could try it out to see if it meets your needs!

Agh the nightmare of backing up 3 SMF databases and moving them to a new host.
