Hi,

I'm looking at the Starter Reseller account and have a few questions that I hope you can help with.

1. I have a couple of domains at 123reg that I would like to leave there. Can I point them to the new site(s) with you without Frames or anything. I'm thinking of google indexing problems.

2. What happens in the very unlikely event that I use up the total bandwidth. What is your policy?

3. Do you have any ecommerce sites running on your servers that I can see as a reference to your service and functionality?

4. Are there any other costs that I need to be aware of for pointing my domains to your site and running an ecommerce site?

Hi there, I have a reseller account and my domains with 123, i have no problems with directing them to nethosted at all. (will be up to you on site design if you want frames or not)

Ecommerce should be no probs (i'm in the process of setting one up)

You can take a look through some of the sites we host in the "Your Site" section of these forums I can't really give out client details however.

If your site goes over it's bandwidth limit it'll stop functioning, however we warn you at 80% of bandwidth use via email so that should never happen.

What is the contract period. If I pay monthly is it a monthly contract? What is the notice period for leaving.

Due to some very bad past experience I don't like going for yearly contracts. I very much doubt this will be the case if you are willing to host your own feedback forums.

This is the last set of questions and then I'm ready to sign up.

Contracts are on a monthly basis only on our reseller plans. There is no minimum cancel period.
