Hi,

I am not sure how I managed to stumble across this site but some of the hosting plans seem just what I need. I was looking at the ADSL Guide promo plan, as it seems very good value.
My current host managed to accidently delete all our MySQL datbases so unfortunatley a lot was lost, even though we had some (2 month old backups). I am actually waiting them to restore some of these, as phpmyadmin dies while attempting to do so.

I have some questions:

1. We havent payed through worldpay before, are there any extra charges or anything for doing this?

2. Do you currently have the GD library and the FreeType library in the php installation? Do you install new libraries on request?

3. Do you do backups of customer websites, and if so how often. I think I will probably be doing my own every week after the last problem, but its nice to know.

4. Can you cancel the hosting at any point, I know that you will still charge for the year/month after the 14 day money back thingie.

5. Does the free domain stay free for the entire length of the hosting contract? And what happens to It if the hosting is cancelled?

6. Can you restore the MySQL backups I have as phpMyadmin doesnt like them

7. How long does it take for the hosting account/domain name to be set up?

I am 17 so I will be paying my Dad to pay for the hosting so I want to make sure all the payment things are ok.
