Never had this problem before when creating an account (see below) and I can not find Server Setup in WHM. Please advise?

Account Creation Status: failed (Please setup a secondary nameserver under Server Setup in WHM!!!)

Gavin,

The server was setup correctly but your reseller profile was not, I have fixed this now. This was likely due to a bug in the conversion between cPanel versions a few months back now.
