A little help / advice.

I just received a text that a friend he can't connect to his email.

I've tried the domain () which says the domain is blocked... As far as I know I've not done anything.

What can we do?
What can we check?

Hi,

This domain has expired:

You should renew it via FastHosts as they are the current tag holder. It might be possible to transfer it to our tag NETHOSTED and we can try and renew it for £14.95 for two years + £5 transfer charge.
