Hi,

It seems that disk space usage post-migration to the new server sun is calculated differently? Have a few accounts that have suddenly gone over-quota.

Where in WHM can I get a listing of all accounts? The List Accounts function just shows the main account. I'd like to see a list of all accounts with disk space used and quota allocated, so I can re-allocate unused quota. I think there is some but can't see how to find out how much for certain.

Thanks!

Hi,

This is due to nobody files not existing any more as they are properly attributed to users, so accounts that previously had nobody files caused by uploading files via PHP will now have these properly taken into their disk space usage calculations.

The List Accounts feature in WHM should show all accounts (not including addon/parked domains as these are not full accounts but part of other accounts), you can see the free allocation that you have left by going to create an account and it will be shown in this window.

Regards,

Darryl

There seemed to be enough unallocated quota, though I'm not quite sure what is using up some of the space because one or 2 of the accounts only have a few files uploaded by FTP so shouldn't have been affected by the "nobody" issue. Anyway it's no big deal at the moment so will leave further investigations for a rainy day.

Thanks!
