Hi,

I have a few questions, wasn't sure if to put it here or in pre-sales.

1. Do you offer a shared package with more entry processes, or are all shared package the same entry proceses?

2. While looking at your new reseller accounts, I was wondering does the basic one still get a free IP?

3. I am currently on the old reseller package - 10 accounts / 10GB Space / 100GB Bandwidth and was wondering, what is the differnets between the new and the old other then the extra space and bandwidth?

Hi Garry,

No problem, I've included the answers to your questions below:

1. The Basic plan has a entry process limit of 20, all other shared plans have a limit of 25.

2. The Reseller plans do not receive a free dedicated IP address, however our Business plans do: https://www.nethosted.co.uk/hosting/business/

3. There are no differences besides the increased disk space and bandwidth and IP as above. The entry processes, CPU and memory limits are the same as the previous Starter Reseller plan.
