Afternoon,

If I want to change from the Plus plan that I've been on for years to the Power plan, do I just buy the monthly option via the client area and you'll upgrade it?

Yes this is correct, if you upgrade via the Client Area the process is fully automatic.

It's asking me for a domain name though and I can't use the current account name (maxalphotography.com).

I want to host chemistrynotes.org.uk which I've just registered. Shall I use that and set freeola to point to you?

Hi,

You shouldn't be ordered a new plan, you should be upgrading your current plan via our Client Area. Once logged in go to "My Hosting Packages" -> click on the Package -> Click Upgrade/Downgrade Package from there you will be able to move your existing plan to the Power Plan.

You can add chemistrynotes.org.uk to your package using the Addon Domains tool in cPanel. You should get Freeola to change the nameservers on the domain to the same ones you currently use on maxalphotography.com:

ns3.net-hosted.com
ns4.net-hosted.com
