Hi Garry,

I can see no reason for this so will need to get into contact with cPanel. All other domains I tried function without issue in the File Manager on Venus. I can't guarantee when this issue will be resolved as it will rely on a cPanel investigation. In the meantime, please use FTP to manage your files.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi Garry,

I have actually managed to get this resolved myself, it was caused by a corrupt cPanel cache file on your account that needed regenerating.

Thanks,

Andrew

Garry,

Have you made any changes in cPanel related to mime types recently?

Thanks,

Andrew

No, the only thing I did, which went missing was added a rewrite rule in the .htaccess file.

I did do maintenance on the forum rewrite tool, which is Pretty URLs forum is SMF 2.0.2.

Not sure what it does, I know it renames the current .htaccess and re-write a new one.

Hi Garry,

I have fixed this now, please can you see which exact step causes the problem to trigger again so I can pass this on to cPanel.

Thanks,

Andrew

Ok, I see what I can do.
I just ran the maintenance on Pretty URLs for SMF 2.0.2 and that didn't do it.

Will check again in the morning.
