I have taken a copy of the files and the database from xampp and uploaded them but get this error message:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'barn_drup1.drup_semaphore' doesn't exist: SELECT expire, value FROM {semaphore} WHERE name = :name; Array ( [:name] => variable_init ) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/barn/public_html/includes/lock.inc).

I have got a copy of the live website working in xampp so It must be my settings.

And thank you , your servers are at least 3 times faster than i am used to.
