Hi all, has anything changed on the blackberry mail service??
on one of my email accounts mail isnt being delivered to my bb device, but it is to my pc and tablet.
i have reset my bb and all my other accounts are working ok apart from the one.
:shrug:

Hi Paul,

We've not changed anything that would effect the receiving of emails to a specific device (as you can see by receiving e-mails to your other devices, our email servers are running as expected). If you'd like, you can submit a ticket to our helpdesk with some further information such as what settings you are using to connect to our servers and we can see if there are any errors anywhere.
