Hi

I have paid for 2 years hosting (Power Plan) on behalf of the joint Churches who wish me to build a website for them. Due to matters within the Church it is essential I get a very basic site up for them within the next 12 hours so that I can present this at a meeting for their approval. it is very much a matter of procedure but I just have to get this done. i was willing to work through the night and get this done but having paid for the hosting I cannot see anywhere now where I can get started ?? IE access to Site builder. the site would not neccesarily have to go live today but i would need to get a basic site knocked together urgently. I thought it would be a simple matter of registering the domain name , paying the 2 years fee and getting onto building with sitebuilder. But i seem to be stuck in limbo and time is very much against me. I can work away improving the site over the the next few months but as said must get a basic one in existence today. Can you help me please. the payment has went through fine and has been authorised. I did not see any mention on the site prior to payment of a pending or delay period. Thank you.

Hi Ronnie,

You should have received your welcome e-mail a few moments ago which contains all of the information necessary to get up and going with our hosting packages. To access the site builder you will need to log in to cPanel and navigate to the "RV Site Builder" section towards the bottom of the page. Thank you Bret,
I have the emails and will do my very best to get started without bothering you :-)
It was a poor decision on my behalf to try and work on the start of the site during the night when you were understandably not available.
It was just the only time I had available due to work commitments.
I have made a hard copy of the plans for the site meantime which I hope may keep the folks happy.
I look forward to a long , happy and expanding time with you.
