Hi,

I can not access cpanel or access any of my email. could this be linked to today's updates?

Hi,

This is probably due to DNS caching, can you either let me know your account domain here or via a support ticket and I'll advise how you can access temporarily until your DNS cache updates shortly.

Hi,

You should be able to access cPanel via http://213.129.84.87:2086/ and email via webmail at http://213.129.84.87:2095/ or via your email client by using 213.129.84.87 as the server address instead of mercury.solardns.com

This should only be necessary in the short term until your DNS updates.
