I am at my wits end as to how the 3 websites I look after are not working...

please can you sort this out as my emails are also not working. You should announce servers are working when clearly they are not!!!

I have replied to all of the tickets that you have submitted, you are experiencing local DNS caching issues. Your websites are all up and working for us here.

Your email access is also experiencing DNS caching issues locally.

These caching issues should clear in the next few hours depending on your ISP's cache times.
