Hi Jeff,

This folder exists in a special quarantine management IMAP account, we have been working on making this accessible and I have just posted a guide on how to do this today here: http://www.nethosted.co.uk/knowledgebas ... a-imap.php

You will need to contact support to let us know any domain you wish to use this on and we'll issue a password you can use to follow this guide. Please note it's not compatible with Outlook 2013 due to a bug in the email client's handling of read-only IMAP folders.

Yes it should work with Outlook 2011 for Mac, I don't have a way to test this but as far as I am aware the only version of Outlook that has this bug is Outlook 2013.
