Hi, wonder if someone can help me get to the bottom of a 550 email error. I have a user who is trying to email one of the accounts on my domain (hollandfamily.org.uk).

The emails bounce back with "550 This server does not handle mail directly".

I don't really know if this is an error at my/nethosted end or at the senders end.

Any help much apprecaited!

Hi Nick,

By the sounds of that error it would lead me to believe that they are sending the email directly to our server rather than via SOLAR Anti-Spam as per your MX settings, please open up a support ticket with all relevant information including bounce-back and I'll be happy to take a look for you.
