Hi, after 'upgrading' to Windows 10, I cannot send email from my NH accounts, but can from others. The error message I have seen already on this forum, is 'reported error (0x800CC13): Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem'.

Obviously everything else is fine, and crucially I have re-confirmed all the message and account settings within Outlook, and send / received test messages from the accounts. I can also send from Outlook on another account.

Any thoughts please?

Jack - thank you so much. Anyone else - run cmd as admin, and run sfc/scannow
