A reassuringly swift (answers and suggestions to queries within minutes of tickets being submitted - even at silly o'clock on a Sunday night!), patient and personal technical suport, has made my transition to uk based hosting a remarkably smooth process.
In these days of me-too hosting packages, good customer service is worth its weight in gold, even more so to a bungling amateur such as myself!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Net Hosted to anyone looking for a quality hosting experience.
(although only a new customer of a couple of days myself, the high standards shown so far , bode extremely well for the future!)
