On the few occasions when I have needed support, it has usually been there within minutes. I don' think I;ve ever had to wait more than 2 hours for a problem resolution even at 10pm.
When one server did fail (i have sites hosted on 3), through no fault of NetHosted, the community was fully informed at every step. Their method of diagnosis and resolution was faultless and at every step showed diligence so as to mimise service disruption and data loss.
