I asked lots of awkward questions prior to swapping from my previous hosting provider and got 5 start service, even at strange time in the morning.

Actually swapping was a dream (more questions) and my site is now faster, the hosting is cheaper and the email more reliable. I look forward to staying here for a while.

5 star could maybe be made 6 star with slightly less clunky stats but I am being picky now :lol2:
