I've been with Nethosted since February and pestered them many times with newbie questions. They've always been extremely helpful and very professional.
I've waited this long to post a testimonial because I've had problems with previous hosts who have been great for the first 2 months then completely lost interest in my custom.
Throughout my time here, the staff have always responded very quickly, most of the time within a couple of minutes! But even if the person qualified to deal with the problem isn't on shift at that point, someone always replies to reassure me that the support ticket has been received and an estimated time for the problem being properly dealt with. This is sadly lacking in many hosting companies, who have become totally reliant on constant automated emails to keep customers on hold for days on end.
Not only are the staff professional, they are also very friendly. On most hosting company's forums, the staff tend to keep their distance from the posters; only interacting to moderate or to make announcements. Nethosted staff chat with the forum members and have made a welcoming community on their boards.
So yes, I'm extremely happy with Nethosted, and would recommend them to anyone looking for well piced, reliable and friendly web hosts.
