It's a really nice looking blog, clearly your team has some nice design experience! Definite fan of the clean layout!

One thing you might want to look into is using a custom permalink structure, there are two that I'd typically use myself depending if you categorise posts or not, either:

/%category%/%postname%

or

/%postname%

This would change your post urls for example from http://talesofbraveulysses.com/?p=313 to http://talesofbraveulysses.com/bettany-hughes which search engines prefer and should help you get a few more visitors via Google etc.

To change this setting in WordPress just go to the Settings -> Permalinks page and choose Custom Structure.
