Jupiter is ready to have some test accounts moved over to it. Jupiter is running phpSuExec, which should be a nice security addition to a shared server but is likely to have some teething problems. If you have any non mission-critical sites you would like to move over to Jupiter to help me troubleshoot any potential issues with this new server that'd be great. Preferably sites with quite a few PHP scripts would be ideal.
The benefits to you are PHP 5.20 (the very latest), phpSuExec and being on a extremely powerful server with no one else on it:
2x Dual Core Opterons
2GB EEC RAM
SAS disks running in RAID1
etc
The downsides could be small amounts of downtime and configuration issues. However so far the server is running fine.
If you would like to do this, you can reply to this thread or send in a ticket with the username of the account you would like to move and the server it is currently on.
Thanks,
Andrew
