We had to reboot Pluto at 12:06 today (it was back up at 12:07) a users account contains many thousands of small files which caused cPanel's backup tool to choke raising servers loads and making it impossible for us to run any commands (killing processes wasn't even working it just froze).
The user has been made aware and has been removed from the backup process to avoid this in the future.
