is pretty good.

The XP built in firewall works pretty well, but if you want an inbound/outbound firewall then Kerio v2 is my choice (it's an older version, lemme see if I can find it ;))

Spyware: You don't need to subscribe to auto-update.
Firewall: Pretty good software
Virus-scan: Well I prefer Norton Antivirus 2004 but it's not free, maybe you can use . In a test AVG was not pretty good, so I my advise is: buy a desent virus-scan
