Hi,

having set up a second email account, could anyone point me in the right direction as to how I can change settings to allow simultaneous logins?

Whenever I login/am using webmail of user account 1 and then log into account 2, accessing webmail, I am getting the error message of "server error" in account 1.

I am using the starter webmail package. Are simulatenous logins possible for this package? Where in cpanel can I make the neccessary adjustments in settings? Been digging around and could not find any menu points for that.

Hi Bernd,

Yes you can login to both simultaneously, however I don't think you'll be able to do this in a single web browser window, as it would automatically log out of one account when you logged into the other. I'd recommend using two separate browsers for instance Chrome and Firefox to do this, it may also work if you use two browser windows of the same browser if they are set to Private Browsing.
