Dear Community and Support,

It is nice to be here B) I've enjoyed the service at nethosted so far and I'm writing in with some 'teething problems'.

My developer has just gone on holiday, and he has forwarded me a start up issue he has encountered:

"The domain and cpanel login addresses you provided are not working.


For example, if you try accessing the following URL that was in the service docs:

http://www.qigongparadigm.com/cpanel


...it gives a "not found" error message for me. However, I've managed to access the cpanel through the following address:

http://titan.[removed]/cpanel


Before we can upload the site and get it to work, we need to have domain access; www.qigongparadigm.com is also down."


Please note that unfortunately I am one of the technically illiterate multitudes and so I don't know how to proceed (at all).

But as my developer is AFK for a while I am willing to make an effort to fix the problem on my own.

Your help and advice would be much appreciated,

Hi Andy,

No problem, I'll be happy to help. The issue here is that the domains you have transferred over to us are still using their old nameservers. As per the email we sent when the domain(s) transferred over to complete the transfer you need to login to our Client Area and update the nameservers when you are ready for your domain to become live on our service.

I have done this now for your qigongparadigm.com domain. Nameserver changes take around 12 hours to propagate around the internet so this may not work for you immediately.
